i mean. it's just announced in game. what is the reason for having a maintenance? o.o

Well as you noticed, some of the changes made during the maintenances were :

Gold pricing and that Converter/Panting seller guy + NPC movings. xD idk if there are others.

EDIT : apparently, kiel is 12 % now, and Phantom Thrust is enabled again !
